The rest of the people get defeated but Khushi lovingly scolds the grandmother and makes her drink soup.

When Khushi is doing call in her house, then everyone talks about her and says that seeing her, they remember the bird and get emotional. And Dadi advises Ranbir to adopt Khushi. On which he says that he already has a mother.

कुमकुम भाग्य एपिसोड के शुरुआत में दादी का इलाज करने आये डॉक्टर पूछते हैं की ये बच्ची कौन है? जिसपर लोग ब्पतात्नेते हैं की उसका नाम ख़ुशी है और उसने ही दादी को बचाया है. तब डॉक्टर उसकी प्रसंशा करते हुए दवाइयों की लिस्ट देते हैं और दादी को परहेज करने की सलाह देकर चले जाते हैं.

ख़ुशी के आने के बाद सच में घर के सभी लोग बहुत खुश होते हैं. ख़ुशी दादी के साथ बातें करने लगती है. पल्लवी दादी के लिए सूप बनाने किचन में चली जाती है और अकेले ही मंद-मंद मुस्कुराते रहती है. उसी बीच रणबीर भी वहां आ जाता है और अपनी माँ से पूछने लगता है की क्या बात है वह इतना खुश क्यों हैं?

रणबीर कहता है की उसने अपनी माँ को काफी समय बाद दिल से मुस्कुराते देख रहा है. आर्यन भी वहां आ जाता है और वह भी चर्चा में शामिल हो जाता है. पल्लवी कहती है की पता नहीं हर चीज तो वैसे ही है लेकिन उसे भी यह महसूस हो रहा है की वह सच में आज बहुत खुश है. शायद उस छोटी बच्ची ख़ुशी के आने से ऐसा हुआ है. उसने सब पर जादू कर दिया है.

वह आगे कहती है की ख़ुशी ने कैसे नानी माँ की तरह बिना डरे जाकर दादी को उठाया और डॉक्टर को फोन करने को कहा. पल्लवी ने रणबीर से पूछा की वह ख़ुशी को कैसे जानता है. जिसपर उसने बताया की एक दिन सिग्नल पर रुका था और उदास था तभी ख़ुशी ने एक फूल उसके गोद में डाल दिया जिससे उसके चेहरे पर मुस्कान आ गई. और तब से किस्मत से वे दोनों अक्सर मिलने लगे.

उधर दादी और ख़ुशी कमरे में मस्ती करने लगे. ख़ुशी कहती है की दादी को बीमारी का बहाना नहीं बनाना चाहिए. जिसपर दादी कहती हैं की वह बहाना नहीं बना रही हैं. और उसे कैसे पता की वह बहाना बना रही है. तब ख़ुशी ने बड़े भोलेपन से कहा की वह भी ऐसा ही करती है. दादी और ख़ुशी खूब मस्ती करने लगते हैं. दादी के पूछने पर ख़ुशी बताती है की उसके माई की फूलों की दूकान है और वह उनकी मदद करती है.

थोड़ी देर में दादी और ख़ुशी बाहर हाल में आ जाते हैं और केरम खेलने के बात पर ख़ुशी बताती है की वह तो उसमे चैंपियन है और हमेशा रानी उसके पास ही आती है. उसी बीच पल्लवी दादी के लिए सूप लेकर आ जाती है. दादी मुंह बनाते हुए सूप पिने से इंकार करने लगती हैं. तब ख़ुशी कहती है की इसीलिए उन्हें बहाना नहीं करना चाहिए. फंस गए न झूठ बोलकर. बाकी लोग तो हार जाते हैं पर ख़ुशी बड़े प्यार से दादी डांटकर सूप पिला देती है.

जब ख़ुशी अपने घर में फोरन कर रही होती है तभी सब लोग उसके बारे में बात करते हैं और कहते हैं की उसे देखकर पंछी की याद आ गई और भावुक हो जाते है. और दादी रणबीर को सलाह देती हैं की वह ख़ुशी को गोद ले ले. जिसपर वह कहता है की उसकी पहले से माई है.

उधर प्राची भी रात में दादी के साथ हुए बात को याद करती है और ख़ुशी को गोद लेने के लिए राजी हो जाती है. रणबीर की दादी कहती है की ख़ुशी की माँ है तो सही पर वह उसे प्यार नहीं करती. और ये सब उनको अनुभव के आधार पर ख़ुशी के बातों से लगा. जिसपर रणबीर कहता है की दादी सही बोल रही हैं. ख़ुशी की माई उसे डांटने लगती है इसलिए वह पल्लवी से कहती है की उसे रणबीर के साथ घर पहुंचवा दे.
